Abrochense los Cinturones!

Hola!!

Para empezar puedo decir que NOS ENCANTA VIAJAR!! AMAMOS VIAJAR!!! Somos algo asi como viajeadictos!! Vivimos para viajar y viajamos para vivir!!! Pasamos el tiempo pensando en donde sera nuestro próximo viaje y como le haremos para llegar ahi.

Ahorramos días de trabajo y/o trabajamos extra para luego usar ese tiempo y dinero para viajar! Cuando leemos estamos pendientes de descubrir nuevos destinos para viajar! Y para motivarnos al volver de unas vacaciones... comenzamos a soñar con las siguientes!

Empezamos a disfrutar nuestros viajes meses antes!! con la investigacion/organización de los mismos, compramos libros o los prestamos de la biblioteca, miramos programas en la tele relacionados con el destino q queremos visitar, y hacemos una cuenta regresiva en el calendario!! . Cada viaje es una aventura diferente!! Preferimos viajar a nuestro manera! organizar todo nosotros, preferimos ir a nuestro ritmo, administrando nuestro propio tiempo, visitando lo que más nos gusta, y escapando de las areas turistas, nos gusta pensar que somos viajeros y no turistas.... cual es la diferencia? (en mi propio diccionario) los turistas van solo a lugares turisticos, donde van todos los turistas.... los viajeros interactuan con los locales, comen donde comen los locales y comen (a veces con riesgo) la comida de los locales.

En este blog a veces hablare en singular, por los viajes q hice yo sola y otras en plural por los viajes q hemos hecho con mi esposo, ese maravilloso compañero de viaje q Dios me dio. Saben una cosa? yo le pedia al Señor un hombre que le gustara viajar... y Dios me concedio ese (y muchos no merecidos) deseo!

Viajar es una de las cosas mas bonitas de la vida misma!! Te abre la mente y descubres q el mundo es algo q nunca dejara de sorprenderte!!

Hi!

For starters I will say that we love to travel! LOVE TO TRAVEL! We are traveladicts! We live to travel and travel to live! We spent time thinking about where our next trip will be and how we will get there.

We work every extra day possible  then use our time off and the money we made to travel! When we read we are are always looking to discover new destinations to travel!  We begin planning our next adventure as soon as we finish one. We start enjoying our trips months in advance with the research / organizing adventures, buying books or checking them out from the library, looking for TV programs related to the destinations we want to visit, and yes, starting a countdown on the calendar! .

Each trip is a different adventure! We prefer  to travel our own way! organizing everything ourselves, we go at our own pace, managing our own time, visiting what we like,  avoiding tourist destinations. we like to think that we are travelers not tourist.. whats the difference? (in my own dictionary) tourist visit a location snap a few pictures without really getting to know the area and say they have been there.  Travelers interact with the locals and try to immerse themselves into the culture and  always eat where the locals eat (sometimes a bit frightening).

In this blog i sometimes speak in the singular,  I did travel by myself and others in plural  for the trips I have  done with my husband, that wonderful travel companion God gave me. You know what? I begged the Lord a man who liked to travel ... and God has given me this and much much more.

Traveling is one of the most wonderful things in life! The world is full of places that if you allow will never cease to amaze!
